The first step for any conference is to submit an Abstract by the conference deadline.
An abstract is a summary of the entire research project.
Usually around 2000 characters or 300 words (letters plus punctuation, not counting spaces)
A typical abstract will contain background info, hypothesis, objectives, results, discussion, conclusion, and future work
